Hello and Welcome to my Blog!
The name ernestly is a play on my nickname from high school (ern), and my nesting/motherly tendencies...
and how they combine earnestly to make me, ME.
So here is a little list of what has made me so earnestly ME:
- I am an Education student who has a passion for new things, creative ideas and making old things new.
- I am studying to become a Foods and Fashions teacher,
- which stems from my passion for good food, doing it myself, and clothes!clothes!clothes!
- I buy a lot of clothes that never fit quite right or that I get bored with very quickly.
- It's time to change that.
- You will rarely if ever find my nails unpainted, no matter the season.
- I see nailpolish as makeup that lasts a few days...I always feel better/at least partially done up with it on.
- I have an intense love of Batman.
This blog will follow my journey of
- setting up house
- kitchen experimentation
- attempting DIY's/Tutorials
- re-vamping my sometimes awkward and expensive (due to the sheer volume) wardrobe.
- and just my day-to-day life in general
